Letter 1-4 Running Down The Devil

Captain Robert Walton of England is on an expedition to the North Pole. 
He feels lonely and isolated with his shipmates and to share his dreams with every living soul. 
His ship stalls between huge sheets of ice, and Walton and his men spot a sledge guided by a gigantic creature about half a mile away. 
There they meat a stranger and they take him with them because he is very weak and starving and they want to help him. The stranger want to go with them only when they go north. 
After a few days the stranger starts talking and tells his story. After a while Walter and the stranger       (monster) starting to be good friends
